使用约定

使用 Echo 即表示你同意本条款。Echo 是个人日记与记录工具，不提供医疗或心理咨询服务。

你可以

• 在本机记录日记、待办与个人内容
• 通过 Google Play 购买或恢复 Echo Plus
• 导出与备份自己的数据
• 选择将回响摘要发布到「发现」，与其他用户互动（点赞、评论）

发现与社区规范

「发现」为可选功能。首次发布前，应用会说明公开范围并要求你确认。 使用发现即表示你同意以下规范，并仅发布你愿意向其他 Echo 用户公开的内容。

• 禁止：违法、色情、暴力威胁、仇恨、骚扰、人肉、侵犯隐私或知识产权的内容
• 禁止： spam、恶意引流、冒充他人、传播恶意软件链接
• 建议：不发布精确家庭地址、身份证号、银行卡等敏感信息；发现仅展示模糊地点
• 年龄：发现含用户生成内容与社交互动，建议 16 岁及以上用户使用
• 举报：可在发现流对帖子使用「举报」；我们会审核并采取下架、限制账号等措施
• 屏蔽：可屏蔽作者，被屏蔽者不会再出现在你的发现流；可在设置中管理屏蔽名单
• 撤回：你可随时取消「发布到发现」，公开内容将从发现流移除

违规内容可能被删除，严重或重复违规的设备可能被限制使用发现功能。 举报与申诉请联系：vivida51888@gmail.com

Echo Plus

月付约 $1、年付约 $9.9、永久买断约 $29.9（以 Google Play 显示价格为准）。 Plus 解锁全部照片墙与信纸皮肤；核心记录功能保持免费。 月付与年付自动续费，可在 Google Play → 订阅 中随时取消。 买断为一次性付款，不可退款规则以 Google Play 政策为准。 换机后使用同一 Google 账号在应用内「恢复购买」。

请勿

• 利用 Echo 存储或传播违法、侵权或骚扰内容（含发现公开帖与评论）
• 尝试破解、绕过付费或干扰应用正常运行
• 滥用举报或屏蔽功能骚扰其他用户

免责声明

Echo 按「现状」提供。请自行备份重要数据； 因设备丢失、卸载或系统故障导致的数据损失，在法律允许范围内我们不承担责任。

条款变更

我们可能更新本条款；重要变更会在应用内说明。最近更新：2026 年 7 月（新增发现与社区规范）。

Agreement

By using Echo you agree to these terms. Echo is a personal journal tool — not medical or mental-health advice.

What you may do

• Keep personal journals and tasks on your device
• Purchase or restore Echo Plus through Google Play
• Export and back up your own data
• Optionally publish entry summaries to Discover and interact (likes, comments)

Discover & community guidelines

Discover is optional. Before your first publish, the app explains what becomes public and asks for your consent. By using Discover you agree to these rules and only share what you intend to show other Echo users.

• Prohibited: illegal, sexually explicit, violent threats, hate, harassment, doxxing, privacy or IP violations
• Prohibited: spam, deceptive links, impersonation, malware
• Recommended: do not post exact home addresses, ID numbers, or payment details; Discover shows fuzzy place labels only
• Age: Discover includes user-generated content and social interaction — recommended for users 16+
• Report: use Report on posts in Discover; we review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts
• Block: block authors so they no longer appear in your feed; manage blocked users in Settings
• Unpublish: you can remove your post from Discover at any time

Violations may be removed; repeat offenders may lose Discover access. Reports and appeals: vivida51888@gmail.com

Echo Plus

About $1/month, $9.9/year, or $29.9 lifetime (Play Store price applies). Plus unlocks all wall & stationery skins; core journaling stays free. Monthly/yearly renew until cancelled in Google Play → Subscriptions. Lifetime is one-time; refunds follow Google Play policy. Restore purchases with the same Google account on a new device.

Please do not

• Store or spread illegal, infringing, or harassing content (including Discover posts and comments)
• Attempt to bypass payments or disrupt the app
• Abuse report or block features to harass others

Disclaimer

Echo is provided “as is.” Back up important data yourself. We are not liable for loss from device loss, uninstall, or system failure to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Last updated: July 2026 (Discover & community guidelines added).
